Is A Deposit Or Credit Card Required For Booking?
a card on file and a deposit of $10o is required—which will be applied towards your treatment. All deposits are non-refundable.

What Is the Cancellation/No-Show Policy?
We require at least 48 hours in advance for Any cancellations or re-scheduled Appointments. If you fail to cancel or re-schedule your appointment within that time frame, your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required for future bookings.
If you no-show your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, your card will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment, and full payment will be required for any future bookings.
We kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled time, we may have to reschedule. Please stay in contact with us. If you’re running late, simply call or text.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We have a strict no-refund policy on all treatments and retail products.

What is the age minimum To Receive Injections?
We will not service anyone under the age of 16. IF you are under 18, we will require a parent or legal guardian to be present.

Can I receive Injections If I'm Pregnant Or nursing?
We cannot offer treatments to anyone pregnant or nursing.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash, credit, care credit, and Vagaro Pay Later payment plans. All treatments and retail must be paid for during treatment or purchase.

Can I Bring A Guest to my appointment?
Yes! you are welcome to bring one guest. We know sometimes we need someone there to hold our hand or document the experience for socials. However, children and pets are not allowed— that includes real animals and humans that behave like animals.
